Inside each of us is a world pulsating with life and activity. It is a place we often avoid for many reasons, yet there is a call coming from inside each of us saying, “please pay attention to me.” As your coach, I will help you explore your inner world and discover your Self. Utilizing the concepts and strategies of Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Internal Family Systems, I can help you explore your Self with curiosity, compassion, and awe.

My name is Gedaliah Aronson. I am a certified life coach, trauma informed, with special emphasis on mentoring those with anxiety disorders utilizing the concepts and practices of Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention.

Family members of those struggling go through much inner turmoil desiring to be the best possible support for their loved ones and often need a place to turn themselves, for comfort, support, navigation and encouragement. Through my own struggles with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and on my own path to healing over many years I’ve been fortunate to be an understanding ear, caring heart, confidant/coach and consultant to others as they embark on theirs.

Becoming more aware, curious, and compassionate towards ourselves translates into deeper capabilities to be there for others and to see them with new eyes, and respond with an open heart. Having language and skills that incorporate the wisdom of the body and the nervous system can really complete a picture that for too long has been fragmented in the world of psychology.

I am a patient listener with a background in current approaches to trauma recovery, emotional and mental well-being, and viewing life from a place of meaning, and spiritual growth. Please allow me the privilege to be a source of calm, care, compassion, and practical tools to help you ride the waves of the sometimes turbulent seas of life.
